IISPilot provides a centralized management platform for Microsoft IIS servers. The service includes a web dashboard, management API, and a Windows agent for server monitoring and control.
You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service. Each account is for a single organization.
Pricing is per-server per-month in South African Rand (ZAR). The free trial lasts 14 days with full functionality. After the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the service. Payments are processed via PayFast. All fees are exclusive of VAT.
You may not use IISPilot to monitor servers you do not own or have authorization to manage. You may not attempt to circumvent tenant isolation, access other tenants' data, or reverse-engineer the agent software. You may not use the API in a way that degrades service for other users.
You retain ownership of all data collected from your servers. We claim no intellectual property rights over your server configurations, metrics, or logs. Upon account termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
IISPilot is provided "as is". While we strive for high availability, we are not liable for damages resulting from service outages, data loss, or incorrect server commands. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete your account from the Settings page. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms after providing 7 days' notice.
